How do I qualify for CAS' free loan of medical equipment?
There are only two qualifications. First, you have to live within our service area. That's the cities in the San Gabriel Valley, from the foothills to the north and along the 60 freeway to the south, Glendora and West Covina to the east or west to the neighboring cities of Glendale, Burbank, La Crescenta.

The second qualification: the equipment is ONLY for in-home use. That means it SHOULD NOT be used for skilled nursing facilities, nursing homes, assisted living centers, convalescent homes, etc. Please call us if you have any questions.

You will be required to complete a brief application either online or when you come to our office to pick it up.

What ages do you loan to?
You can be any age, young or old.

Are there ever any charges or service fees?
None. You will never be charged or given an invoice for using our equipment. We even repair items on-site in our warehouse at no cost to users.

We do ask that you take tender, loving care of the equipment you receive and bring it back when you are finished.

It's our joy and mission to provide our services at no cost through the generosity of our donors.

How can I donate to support the work of CAS?
You may simply write a check for any amount and mail it to our office. Read our donor page and see the creative ways that individuals, businesses and churches have raised money.

You may choose to give a gift of stock or ask that CAS be included in your estate plan. Please contact Randy Votsch, agency administrator, for answers to specific questions.

Do you accept donations of used medical equipment?
    Yes.

How can I get others to hear about CAS?
You can refer them to us or ask agency administrator Randy Votsch to speak to your business group, community gathering or church fellowship.
